Sophie Orbaum

Sophie has been running PR and marketing activity at Harts Group for 9 years and accepting external Harts Group clients since 2021, including Jackson Boxer and his restaurants and bar, It’s Bagels since concept to three brick and mortar sites, and The Seaside Boarding House hotel.

Sophie previously consulted for for InHouse New York’s London launch and in a former agency role directed the PR for Gymkhana and Hoppers, Café Murano, Murano and Angela Hartnett, Wahaca and Thomasina Miers, Experimental Group, Terroirs Group and Pitt Cue Co.

Sophie has been awarded CODE Hospitality 30 Under 30 2018 and 100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality 2019, 2020 and 2021.
