Philippa is responsible for designing, launching and managing innovative, high-impact employee experience programs and our culture strategy which is embedded across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include the listening strategy, onboarding, employer branding and other key employee moments that matter – all designed to bring our employee-focused culture to life to attract, retain and delight talent throughout their career at AGCO.
Based in the UK, Philippa’s role spans AGCO’s global operations including the Americas, EAME and APA, with an internal audience of 24,000+ employees across AGCO’s brand portfolio including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, PTx and Valtra.
A graduate of the University of Central Lancashire and Université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France, Philippa has many years’ experience working for some of the world’s best-known brands - including Heineken, Volvo, and Burberrys – along with leading FTSE100 organisations. She returned to the UK in 2020 from Bahrain, where she and her family had been living for a while, joining AGCO that same year.
