Jenny Singleton

Jenny Singleton is AGCO’s go-to comms powerhouse when it comes to all things people. As Corporate Communications Manager, she partners closely with the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer to craft and deliver global communications that reach over 24,000 employees across AGCO’s brands – including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, PTx and Valtra. Her mission? To make sure every AGCO colleague – from the factory floor to the boardroom – feels informed, inspired and part of something bigger. 

Before joining AGCO, Jenny sharpened her storytelling skills at National Grid, Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), Dr. Hauschka and HydraFacial. She holds a BA (Hons) in English from Oxford Brookes University, which means she’s never met a metaphor she didn’t like.

When she’s not shaping global comms, you can find Jenny at her home, just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, with her partner and their four-year-old Irish setter, Red – who firmly believes he’s the real boss. They live next to a working farm and proudly own a 1950s Ferguson TE20 tractor, which Jenny swears is “for heritage, not horsepower.”
