Avril Collins

Avril Collins is Senior Director of European Corporate Affairs for Kellanova plc, listed on the S&P 500, and home to iconic brands including Kelloggs, Pringles, Cheez-It and Pop Tarts.  With 20 years’ experience in Corporate Affairs across Europe, Avril has worked with HEINEKEN and top reputation management consultancies in the UK and Ireland including Blue Rubicon and Murray Group, advising a host of blue-chip clients across FMCG, retail, technology and pharma. Avril has held various directorships, including Founding Director of Re-turn, a deposit return circulatory scheme, and was previously Chair of the Marketing Society in Ireland. Her expertise spans crisis and issues management, public affairs, corporate reputation, brand fame, employee engagement and sustainability strategy.  She has a distinct passion for purpose driven culture and transformation. She recently completed the Chartered Institute of Directors programme, building on a B.A. in Communications Studies and an M.A. in Public Relations.  Based in beautiful Ireland, Avril shares her love of communications with a passion for fashion and fitness and is a mother of two young boys who make her laugh every day.
